Identity Card will be issued in 3 batches every year. The first consignment will be issued on 1st April, the remaining 2
consignments will be issued after fixing the time keeping in view the number of new members. Every consignment will be notified through WhatsApp group shortly before release
Based on the activities of the appointed state presidents, on the recommendation of the Supreme Committee, their authorization letter will be sent to the concerned Deputy Chief Information Director by post. And
Based on the activities of the District President and District Executive Officers, on the recommendation of the State President,
their authorization letter will be sent to the District Magistrate of their home district by post.
